Openly opposed to their Esidian overlords, the Daltari are practically the furthest vassal state from the Esidians reach, despite being just on the other side of the Impassable Etioe mountain range. Rich in natural resources and trade routes from the bordering Etioe Evergreen and Okadia Isles, Daltari has embraced foreign influences on its people and in recent years has grown a serious appetite for the new technologies and machines coming out of the various Hunari States. Though these objects  are still quite rare and extremely expensive, not to mention the danger they present if used incorrectly or an Esidian Second Law enforcer comes across you in possession of one.
