Agatha Kidd aka Kiddo

The TRUE story is that Hercule Pimpernel’s actual name is Agatha Kidd. Kiddo to my friends and Aggy to my STILL ALIVE FATHER (TUN TUN TUUUUUUN!!!) I’m actually 17 and I ran away from home at 15 after my father took me sailing and he ended up saving my life from the rough seas. However, he wouldn’t take me sailing no more.

When I was 15 my father said that on the day I was born, I had a twin. A brother who I had never met before but feel this uncontrollable connection to and I know that one day I will find him. This is what really drives my character, and motivates her to get up in the morning. I resented him for keeping this a secret for so long that I ran away.

The story is that we were on a ship bound to a safe location where my parents had decided to lead a new life. However, we were born on the ship, and my mother died at birth. There was an attack on the ship and my father and I managed to get away on a rowboat, however, my brother was on the other rowboat with my grandmother. Both were separated from us and never seen again. I still believe he is out there.

Living by the sea has its downsides, you feel the calling for exploration and mystery. Of which the ocean holds plenty of both. My curious mind has never been tamed by fishing or Carpentry. My Father did raise me by himself so I’m a bit of a Tomboy, and have managed to fool the last crew I worked under that I was indeed a male surgeon of 18 years old. Otherwise, I doubt they would have treated me so kindly. I gained enough of their trust to be allowed to buy supplies with an armed escort, who weren’t hard to convince that we had earned a well-deserved drink in a tavern called the Formidably maid…
